Tenant isolation by design: one Keycloak realm per customer, schema-level data segregation in PostgreSQL, read-only Dynatrace token scope. Every deployment — SaaS or on-premises — ships with the same isolation model.
We collect Dynatrace metadata and consumption signals only. No telemetry payloads, no user identifiers beyond your Dynatrace tenant. Retention defaults to 13 months and is configurable. Deletion on request is honored within 30 days.
SaaS default region: EU-West. GCC regions available for Enterprise: UAE and KSA. On-premises deployment available for any customer who requires data to stay inside their infrastructure — including air-gapped environments.
